We are delighted that Mycenae Gardens has received a Level 3 “Advancing” award in RHS London in Bloom’s It’s Your Neighbourhood scheme.

The gardens were assessed during summer 2025. The award recognises the steady work of our volunteers and the wider community, from regular Action Days to planting, habitat improvements and everyday care of this much-loved green space.

The assessment also helps us identify where to focus next. Work continues on the meadow, native hedging, wildlife areas and the parts of the gardens that receive the heaviest use.

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered, donated plants or materials, shared their knowledge, or simply encouraged the work. This is a community award, and we look forward to building on it.
